Rabin House

Fully redesigned a Victorian semi detached house. Reconfigured the living/ dining area into a cosy, PINK, sophisticated lounge. Creating a new home for the WC which used to sit under the stairs, we moved this to where the dining area used to be by extending the hallway round and creating a large floor to ceiling cloakroom area to house all shoes, coats, tennis rackets and much more!

Adding a side extension to the kitchen which opened up the back of the hose with its 3m ceiling, this is a beautiful and impressive space.

The first floor also had a major shift around, creating a large master suite which consists of a long wall in wardrobe as you enter, an ensuite and master bedroom and a separate tub room through an open archway. There is another double bedroom with an ensuite and lastly we moved the utility room to this floor which is an absolute game changer.
